This will be my sixth year teaching at Allendale Elementary. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with an education and language arts major and mathematics minor from the University of Michigan. While obtaining my degree I was a substitute teacher in many grade levels throughout the downriver area.
When I’m not teaching, I am working towards my masters degree with a focus on English Language Learners. I spend time with my nephews as well as two children that I babysit occasionally. I also love to read in my spare time. My favorite genre to read is historical fiction.
