In October, we practiced creating and following algorithms.  Let's revisit the idea of algorithms with this activity!

1) Watch the LESSON VIDEO first!!
2) Then, click on the "Beekeeper for the Day" Google Slide to take a virtual field trip to an apiary!  An apiary is a place where bees are kept. 
3) After exploring, complete the field trip review at the end.

Have you heard about the rover that is going to land on Mars this week? The name of the Mars rover is Perseverance and it launched last year (2020) in July. The rover is a robot that traveled 300 million miles to Mars to look for signs of past life! Perseverance is scheduled to land on Mars, Thursday, February 18th. In honor of this, we will be designing our own Mars rover this week!!

2) Choose ONE website to practice your coding with arrows.
3) Answer the questions.

Click on the Google slide titled "Pumpkin Coding Unplugged" to complete the assignment.

Go to your CLASSLINK and click on SEESAW to complete the "5 Little Pumpkins" activity in your S.T.E.A.M. Seesaw class.

1) GO TO SEESAW FROM CLASSLINK.
2) Complete the "PART 2: The Most Magnificent Thing" activity. Watch the lesson video FIRST.

**Please remember to click the "Mark As Done" button here when you finish in Seesaw!**

1) Click on "The Most Magnificent Thing" and watch the read aloud FIRST.
2) Think, click on "Login" to go to CLASSLINK and find your activity in SEESAW. If the link does not work, just go to Seesaw from Classlink.

Do not forget to click the "Mark As Done" button AFTER you finish the assignment in Seesaw!!!

2) Then, watch the Lesson Video.
3) Last, click on the "Material List" and fill it out.
